We love nature and good food. We especially like local and seasonal fruits and herbs, which can only be enjoyed for a very short time in our climate.

The idea of ​​the dryer started from the apples in our garden that we couldn't consume on time. We were puzzled over how to preserve all the nutrients in the apple in the most natural way. That's how the idea of ​​drying was born and we used the help of solar energy. 

Since we have already worked on greentech solutions, we had know-how on solar energy and product development from Margus. It is also important for us that the dried products are of high quality and chemical-free already in their fresh form. This is where Ingrid's knowledge of soil, nutrient cycling, and sustainable food comes in handy.

Over the course of several years, we developed various prototypes that we tested and perfected with great excitement. By now we have dryers that we offer both for home environments and for the food industry.

We also had help from many other people who all confirmed that their country also needs such a solution. We saw that food waste and unsanitary drying are problems worldwide. Realizing this, it became our mission to reduce food loss in different regions of the world, so that people can be healthy and food that is so carefully grown will not go to waste. 

We see that home dryers are one and the first step toward our dream. We are moving in the direction that drying can also be more energy efficient for industries and that our solution can reach small-scale farmers in different parts of the world.
